I just want to say thank you so much for the amazing service you provided. I began emailing you back in July 2018 and from that date onwards you were completely consistent with communication. You were clear with all the information and seemed as though you genuinely wanted to ensure I chose the best surgeon for myself and had the easiest time booking the dates etc. You are such a lovely person and honestly I feel I could not have gone through with the surgery if you had not been there to accompany us on the date of the pre surgery consultation.
