From the moment I contacted Medical Travel Czech Republic I felt I was in safe hands. The client representative was warm, friendly and very helpful, always quick to reply to my queries. Upon arrival, I was picked up from the airport with a taxi booked by my client representative. Even though my flight was severely delayed, Medical Travel did their best to accommodate this, and it all worked out, thanks to their flexibility.
