Rhytidectomy, or the ‘facelift,’ is often associated with Hollywood celebrities as one of their primary means for getting rid of wrinkles and retaining a youthful visage. But you don’t have to be a star to reap its benefits nor have a Hollywood-sized income to afford one. We make facelift surgery, in a variety of forms and combinations, accessible to a wide range of budgets. In rhytidectomy, excess skin is cut away and repositioned over the face; in some cases, the underlying tissues may also be drawn tighter. When done well, this results in a firmer, younger-looking appearance. But, as with any procedure,—especially an aesthetic one—it’s important to have a skillful surgeon at the helm to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Thankfully, we offer this too. Read on to learn more.

After initial contact via phone or email, we will ask you to provide us with photos of the areas which you would like to enhance, with a brief description of what your goals are for the procedure. This is only used to ensure the best evaluation for your personal needs, and all information sent to us will be held in strict confidence. Of course you are under no obligation at this stage, and the evaluation is completely free of charge.
Next, we will ask you to fill in our questionnaire, as we need to be confident that there are no existing medical conditions which could affect you undergoing the procedure. Please fill in as much information as possible, and we will get back to you with an evaluation of your questionnaire by one of our doctors.
Once an agreement has been made for the proposed dates, prices, and surgeon who will perform the procedure, the next step will be to pay the deposit to the clinic account. The deposit is a 100% booking guarantee of your date. If you do not show up for the surgery without providing us with a reason, we cannot return the deposit back. Of course in the event that you are ill or if an emergency prevents you from keeping your date and you are able to notify us in a timely manner, we are able to find new dates for you and use this deposit to secure a new date.
The outstanding balance must be paid on the day of the surgery (we accept cash, credit cards, or a direct bank transfer into clinic account).
We place a special emphasis on the profile of every surgeon. Our company only endorses highly experienced doctors with international practice and positive references. All of our surgeons or their teams speak English fluently.
SMAS
Facelift SMAS means pulling the deeper layers of the skin, which allows for better lifting of the skin and a more permanent effect. The surgical incision leads from the hairy part of the temporal bone down past the earlobe and continues to the crease behind the auricle. The resulting scar, if any, is then only noticeable as a discreet line in the area of the temporal bone and behind the auricle. The average surgery time is 2 hours. Facelift SMAS is often combined with neck lift SMAS for long lasting and natural results. The surgery is done under general anaesthesia and the results last approximately 10 years.
MACS
The MACS lift, or Minimal Access Cranial Suspension lift, is an innovative procedure designed to correct sagging neck and facial skin.
Developed in Belgium as an alternative to the typically more invasive traditional rhytidectomy, or facelift, the MACS lift generally boasts a smaller, nearly invisible scar; shorter recovery time; reduced tissue dissection; and less chance of nerve damage and bleeding.
Whereas the traditional facelift typically stretches the skin, the MACS lift targets tissues at a deeper level, lifting lax facial muscles, and usually requires only a modest excision of skin. Tension is applied subcutaneously and vertically, with very little borne by the skin itself. After the tissues are lifted, they are secured in place to the deep fascia by means of strong, permanent sutures. The procedure ordinarily requires relatively small incisions, located in front of the ear and extending along the hairline, with which the scar blends, making it nearly undetectable.
Performed on an outpatient basis, the MACS lift usually takes around two to three hours to perform and is carried out under general anaesthesia. The procedure typically results in a long lasting and remarkably natural appearance.
SILHOUETTE LIFT
Silhouette lift is a minimally invasive technique that uses sutures to heal the face. It is recommended for the elevation and fixation of the midface, brow and neck, giving you a fresh look, with full facial movement and expression. Our surgeons use the threads to give tailor-made results, lifting specific parts of the face. In comparison with surgical facelift the recovery time is very fast and the results usually last 18 months. Silhouette lift is done under analgosedation or general anaesthesia.
NECK LIFT
Neck lift is a surgical procedure that improves visible signs of aging in the jawline and neck area and gives you natural elasticity via removing excess skin or fat. Incisions are made in the fold under the chin and behind the ear, so the scar is hidden and not visible. Excess fat may be removed by liposuction and the underlying muscles are tightened and secured with stitches. The skin is tightened and joined together for a smoother neck profile.
The incision is covered by a full head bandage for 2-3 days. The stitches are self-absorbent and do not need to be removed. Office work is possible after 1 week from the surgery. Symptoms such as swelling of the face, bruising around the eyes and on the neck and a slight fever can occur following surgery.
