Carpal tunnel syndrome is the most common nerve compression syndrome affecting the upper limb. The symptoms are caused by compression of the median nerve under the transversal carpal ligament where also the tendons of finger flexors are found. We perform endoscopic monoportal carpal tunnel release surgery that is being performed under local anesthesia.
