I was very satisfied with you accompanying me through the process. You were always available and patient in answering different questions of mine, etc, and giving good advice.
When it comes to Forme clinic and Dr. Lhotsky I was as well was very satisfied with both. Employees of Forme clinic were organized, welcoming, and warm, all was clear. Dr. Lhotsky was very professional and did a great job, I felt exactly what I need and what I wish. Also, I am very thankful to him that he was able to accommodate my request for surgery on very short notice.

From booking I felt you were amazing, you filled me with confidence around the site being legit (one of my main fears due to scams). 

You provided me with a contact number from a previous client which really helped reassure me. I was anxious and you answered all the questions I had, you were so patient, kind and caring consistently with me through out the journey which gave me great faith in you and the operation. The pre op assessment  was great again, the staff were very kind as well as the surgeon.

On the day of the procedure I felt very relaxes and the surgeon and other assistants were very calm and reassuring. (NOT THAT I FELT UNEASY.) I am amazed and over the moon with the results already. I would like to thank you all from Clinic from the very bottom of my heart as I finally feel much more confident about the appearance  of my nose. ALSO the results are already very visible.

Also I would emphasise that the creams you need post surgery are a good idea to get from the clinic, as you can not buy them in the UK pharmacies. You have to buy them online.

The healing is going very well now and I am very pleased with the result too. I think overall I would rate the experience a 4.5/5 just for the small mixup with the communication on the clinic's side, I think that could be made better.  Otherwise the staff were great, you were great and the procedures/care was brilliant as well. I'd definitely recommend this for rhinoplasty. Otherwise I have been well, thank you for asking. I hope you've been well too.

I couldn’t of done the surgery without medical travel. Svetlana my coordinator planned and booked everything for me. It made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Svetlana was there for me for the whole journey. I was also met by Svetlana at the clinic where I revived my surgery which was amazing having Svetlana there made me more at ease as I was alone and she was right there with me till I was ready for surgery and I can’t thank her enough for that it made my experience so much easier having someone there with me for support. She helped me with all the paperwork I had to sign if I didn’t understand anything she would help. She was amazing. Even after the surgery I’m getting emails to ensure I’m ok and everything went well which really shows they care! Thank you so much to Medical Travel for everything you have done I can’t recommend you enough! Also a huge thank you to Svetlana that couldn’t have done anymore for me you are amazing! Thank you!

I'm doing fine, and my nose is getting better and better, thank you! I must say that I really enjoyed my stay in Prague, and that the services you provided were really enjoyable. Everything was well organised, all my questions were answered, and overall, I was satisfied with my booking at Medical Travel Czech Republic. 

I would also really recommend the clinic, and if I had to assist to an operation in the future, I'll certainly go through your services again.
