Jan Pilka

Dr. Pilka is an experienced plastic surgeon who performs all surgeries from cosmetic surgery spectrum. He says that he truly believes in significant improvement and patient’s satisfaction. He prefers using own material without the need to tackle potential healing the wounds in the future.

EDUCATION

Dr. Pilka studied medicine in Slovakia at the Faculty of Medicine of Komenský University in Bratislava where he also passed his attestation in the specialization of plastic surgery. He’s got licence for medical practice for both Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Dr. Pilka worked as a plastic surgeon in University Hospital Bratislava at the clinic of plastic surgery until 2012. In 2012, he moved to Prague where he started working at Asklepion clinic where he gained valuable experience over the course of three years.

In 2014, he left Asklepion clinic and started practising plastic surgery at newly founded clinic. He currently works in both branches, in Prague and Karlovy Vary.

CONGRESSES

Dr. Pilka regularly visits congresses and workshops abroad to stay one the of the top professionals in his field. He has received information and experience in various countries around the world – the US, Britain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria but also in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
