After graduating from university, she lived abroad for 30 years in several European countries, and also in Asia, Australia and North America. After returning to Europe, she wanted to be "at home" but still in contact with different countries. So working for Medical Travel fulfilled this wish perfectly. She likes to spend her free time doing sports, enjoying nature, art and history, as well as spending time with family and friends.

I apologise of course for such a delay in giving you feedback. Since so much time has passed by the results are now clearly visible and I do receive compliments for a more youthful appearance considering my age. I had a remarkably good experience considering that my procedure was done under stressful circumstances (pandemic) and even the fact that it was the first time ever I had such type of procedure. I am very relieved and satisfied with the overall quality of my treatment and experience and this is not just from the results that the surgeon achieved but from the service and welcome that everyone has given me throughout my stay.

I hope that you are still involved with the work of the clinic because I would like to have a liposuction treatment for my tummy.

Your team of medical professionals, nurses are all the best!

You do provide the best customer service ever! Thank you for your sympathy, the result is not reflecting in any ways negative on the professionalism and the amazing care tour team provided at the clinic! On the contrary! I will carry on with treating the psychological cause of my food addiction/eating disorder with a psychologist and as a preventative measure to preserve my health will have a bypass or sleeve surgery.

I know that people are feeling pretty rough the first few days after the insertion, that is why I am staying an extra day before flying back. I have to trust your instincts and advice on this one. I will be back to you guys in the future for sure (i am considering a breast lift/augmentation after the weight loss too) so I am not worried about missing the opportunity.

So happy to hear from you and thank you for checking on me. I am currently traveling and so it was not easy to seat down and answer all emails and messages. The surgery went very well and the recovery was a breeze for me. I am very happy with the results. I appreciate your support and your recommendations as far as the accommodations and for arranging transportation to and from the clinic. I appreciate that you provided options a d allowing me to make a conscious decision: the doctor was super easy to talk with and he made me very comfortable. Yes the experience at the hotel was not the best for us, and with two young children, it was not fun at all to park away from the hotel and walk back. I would not puck that hotel again. Great location but did not work for us with car. The cleanliness: did not work for us. I will not let the hotel experience take anything away from the clinic and the wonderful team there. Thank you for having someone there with me. Great conversation and morale support. I will absolutely recommend your service again.

Thank am you so much for your continued care and attention with us. It really is appreciated and makes us fell look after even though we are not in treatment with you. I’m am currently going through the 2 week waiting period after having had my embryo transfer on the 28th of this month so currently I am keeping all my fingers crossed for a positive pregnancy test result in a few days. We will definitely reach out to you if the results are not what we so much want. Once again, thank you for everything. You have been nothing but helpful and caring and we appreciate that more than you might imagine. It gives us comfort. In any case. Nothing was too much for you (you should get a pay rise ).I can honestly say that without you Svetlana I would not have proceeded, especially when COVID-19 caused even more anxiety. You went above and beyond my expectations.

The clinic was beautiful and clear. The surgeon and staff were all first class.Now that I have been through the surgery, I now see that there was nothing to fear. Everything went brilliantly, everyone I met was so kind and helpful.
