I was really happy with the Medical travel Czech service. I did not have worry about anything because Alena was 24h there for me and helped me with any concerns and questions. I need to wait for the final result of my rhinoplasty but so far I am happy with the outcome and I would always suggest my family and friends this amazing service. And I am really thankful for Alena to stay in touch with me over a year because I couldn't manage to find the right date. She was always nice and responding to my mails. Overall I appreciated it really much that Alena came to the clinic and stayed there with me till all the paperwork was done. The service of medical travel Czech took a lot of pressure of me.

Good Morning from Germany! I contacted Jana back in January (2017). To ask her about the whole IVF process. This was our second round. Our first one was a negative at the end. I love how Jana treated me. We understood each other pretty well. I know she was busy and sometimes took a little bit of time to respond before I started my treatment but she found the time to always reply back to my emails. She kindly manage to post me my medications to Germany and I received them on time. When I visit Gynem everyone was very nice and kind. Love the cleanness of the building.   I don't recall who was the first doctor that saw me and did my first endovaginal to check how many follicles were responding. It was hard that I only had one follicle but the Embryologist gave me good hopes that it was going to be a good one and I trusted his word. We transferred a grade 1 minus (5BA) Blastocyst and now we are waiting for our hcg blood work to see if it was a successful transfer. My husband and myself kindly appreciate your service. Everything was a complete success and best of all for me the weight is continuing to come off. I arranged this procedure at quite short notice. Thanks to you the whole process was made very simple and you kept me well informed about what was happening at each stage. It was great to be picked up at the airport on arrival and taken directly to my hotel of choice. The hotel (Exe City Park) was really good with very friendly and helpful staff. I was obviously nervous the next morning when I met you. It was great to be accompanied by you to the clinic. As far as the clinic was concerned, all of the staff were friendly, professional, very helpful. The fact that I am English did not cause a problem and I knew what was going on all the time. As far as the procedure is concerned there is not much I can say as I don’t really remember it. All I can say is I never suffered any problems apart from nausea which was to be expected. The clinic provided me with a full report including photographs to give to my Doctor at home I felt pretty rough for the next couple of days but, thankfully that has passed now and I am continuing to lose weight. You told me before I came that Prague was a beautiful City. You were absolutely right. My wife and I did a lot of walking and riding the tram. I was stunned how lovely it was and spotlessly clean. We are very much looking forward to going back. Thank you personally, and the team at Medical Travel for making this a trouble free trip. I would highly recommend coming to Prague for a medical procedure, my experience has been faultless.

4 years after my twin pregnancy I was bigger than ever and felt like nothing I was doing made any difference. I decided to start researching vaser lipo to give myself a boost. I went to Birmingham UK for a consultation but was gobsmacked at how much I was quoted. They asked for between 4 - 5 K .

I left a little sad as I could not justify that sort or cash on myself!! A few weeks passed and it was still on my mind so I started searching again, this time at clinics abroad. I came across Lucie Weiss at medicaltravel in Prague. I emailed her straight away. I was really pleased when she emailed me back. Lucie explained everything and asked for some photos. I chose my desired surgeon and placed a small deposit to secure my appointment. It really is as easy as that. I was met at the airport and taken to my hotel and then picked up again and taken to the clinic. The clinic was immaculate and very professional. The surgeon Dr Milos Krizko was incredibly friendly and I instantly felt at ease. We chatted about what I wanted / expected and then I was on my way to my room. Before I knew it the operation was complete and I was back in my room with a super friendly nurse and I pretty much slept for the next 12 hours. I would highly recommend Lucie, Dr Krizko and Brandeis Clinic. I am over the moon with my results and I’m still a tiny bit swollen. It can only get better!! 

I used Medical Travel Services recently for a cosmetic procedure in Prague. I was very happy with the service they provided, especially my co-ordinator Zita who took care of me during my week in Prague. It is not easy taking the step to go abroad for surgery but everything went very smoothly from the pick-up at the airport, to the introduction to the clinic. The clinic was clean and comfortable and the operating room was as good as any I have seen before. The nursing staff were great as was everyone I met, helpful, courteous that aided to smooth my rattled nerves. I'll admit I was really apprehensive about the whole thing, sometimes scared silly, but everything went smoothly and I did not feel I was alone because I was able to make contact easily with Zita and the clinic staff should I have needed it. Zita helped me get some food shopping done before the op and after it brought me some anti-histamines when I needed them. All in all a great experience and I will definitely be back.

I seem to be recovering well after gastric balloon and the weight is coming off!.

I was very impressed with medical travel and would happily recommend them to anybody. Everything went smoothly and went to plan I was met from the airport and taken to my hotel and collected by you the next morning as planned. The hospital staff were friendly and reassuring and the room was very nice too.

Travelling alone I was very apprehensive but once in the hospital I felt much better and am pleased to say there was no negative points about the whole experience for me.

With regards to feedback, we only have positive things to say. The level of communication was outstanding as was the level of personal care...we felt valued as a client/ patient and also appreciated the fact that whenever we were at the clinic, it felt like your time was just dedicated to us. The facilities and cleanliness of the clinic seemed so much better than anything we had seen in the UK and we were really impressed by how the whole process was arranged, from initial consultation, to airport pick-ups and your communication throughout. 

If there was any recommendation, i would suggest that on the day of the embryo transfer that maybe the clinic should arrange transfer for the clients to the clinic, we were absolutely fine with the tram, but i can imagine how nerves with a full bladder could get the better of others! 

We will keep you posted of our results in 2 weeks time... fingers crossed! 

I had a mammoplasty operation done by Dr. Andrea Musilova at BRANDEIS Clinic in December 2016. I have a small frame 5'3, 109 pounds and had 32E breast size . I had chronic back, neck and shoulder pain and I needed to constantly go to physiotherapy and acupuncture. I did my research and with the help of Tereza Krucka I decided to go with Dr. Andrea Musilovva. I wanted to go down from 32E to 32A or a very small 32B and that is what I got without looking flat chested. 

Dr. Musilova is very skilled and took time to understand what I wanted. I am so happy that I did the operation, I was not disappointed. Ms. Krucka was very helpful and professional, and my overall experience has been nothing less than excellent. The doctors, the nurses and the clinic were outstanding. I wish I have take this decision to do this procedure earlier, it has really changed my life. I highly recommend the BRANDEIS Clinic, you will be in excellent hands.
