I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with the Forme clinic.

Ericka was so lovely and reassuring she made me confident to travel for first time to a foreign country and get surgery.  What a pleasure dealing with such a person. My emails where all answered quickly and professionally, Ericka really made my choice easy and I was not nervous at all.  It was like emailing a friend who was waiting for me.

Also the clinic was beautiful.  So clean and I was in wonderful hands. I wish to say all the staff where terrific. And so accommodating all the time.  The Dr was a gentleman and I am 100 percent happy with my rhinoplasty and it’s only been few days since my bandage was taken off here in Dublin by my doctor.

I am returning again on December 4th for another surgery so I am a happy client.  Thank you very much!

We must say the service from start to finish has been exemplary. From the first contact online, to the time we arrived back at the the airport for the journey home, we were made to feel relaxed and confident in the whole process.

The staff at the Formè clinic we attended were welcoming and professional, and the surgeon put Freya completely at ease. The surgery and the next morning check up was perfect. We did have a need to contact the clinic about some bleeding, but although we had missed the office hours for the weekend, the very first thing Monday morning we received a response, but fortunately the problem had stopped.

Freya is thrilled with the outcome, and is already planning her next journey back.

Considering this was the first operation Freya has had in her life, the whole process felt more like a Holiday than a ‘Medical Travel'.

I decided to go to Prague as a very last minute decision, I have wanted liposuction for a long time but suddenly found I had some holiday from work and decided I would finally get it done. I contacted Erica and right from the very beginning she talked me through what to expect from start to finish. She said she would be there for me every step of the way and she was true to her word. I have been very happy with the whole experience and would certainly recommend anyone intending to go for cosmetic surgery to contact Erica. She was there for me every step of my journey and nothing was ever to much trouble for her. She is a credit to the company brand. 

We decided to start IVF after two failed attempts of IUI here in Ireland.  After doing a lot of research between clinics abroad and here in Ireland we decided to try Gynem Clinic in Prague.  From the first time I emailed Martina everything was explained to me and she answered all my questions quickly and informatively.  Choosing Gynem Prague was the best decision we made.  From the very first visit with Martina and Dr Mrazlek we felt so at ease.  We made two visits and I was able to get my medications here in Ireland and had my first scan done here which meant we didn't have to spend as many days abroad.  Our time in Prague was so relaxing and I have to say that being abroad made everything less stressful.  We were picked up a the airport and brought to the clinic.  The clinic is new and pristine and I can't fault it one bit, I have visited 3 different clinics in Ireland and it has to have been the best.  We only had the egg transfer on Sat 1st Sept so we are still waiting the result but regardless this is definitely the clinic I will be recommending to anyone looking to have IVF and if I have to go again here is where I will be going.  Thank you to all the staff at the Gynem Clinic it was an absolute pleasurable experience.

From my very first email to Martina until my discharge from the clinic I was totally impressed with the service offered. Martina made sure that I was well informed every step of the way. She answered all my email even when they ask the same questions that I asked in earlier emails.

The nurses were wonderful and I could not have asked for more helpful and enthusiastic nurses. The clinic was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The food was like eating in a five star restaurant. I have already recommend two of my friends to Forme clinic and I know they will not be disappointed.

The idea of travelling to another country to have surgery can be a daunting one. I wasn't sure if it was the right thing to do or whether I should save up more money and have the surgery in the UK so I naturally had nerves about the whole situation. That was until my initial email query was picked up by Erika who then became my primary contact at Medical Travel Czech. Every question I had whether it was about hotels, the surgery, the recovery, the currency, how to get to and from the airport; everything that I needed to know, Erika had the answers for me whether it was day or night. She was a constant source to reassure me as I planned every detail of my trip and with every response, I felt more confident that I was making the right decision in going abroad for surgery.

From the moment I landed in Prague, I was looked after. I was picked up at the airport, taken to the door of my hotel, met in person by Erika the next morning and then escorted to the clinic. After the surgery, I was out and about within a day or two with Erika checking in by email to see how I was doing right up until I left Prague and even after that she has remained in touch to see how I have progressed. Erika was a complete star and my words are insufficient to describe how helpful she was throughout the process.

I found the service professional, discreet and great value for money. Knowing what it was like before I decided to go through with it, nervously reading reviews and questioning whether it was a good idea or not, I can now say without doubt that I would highly recommend going abroad to have surgery.

A little over four months later and I am happier and healthier than ever before, all thanks to Erika and Medical Travel Czech.

I was looking at plastic surgery clinics to get some work done in Czech.  I wasn't which sure what direction to take so I decided to go through Medical Travel.  Very soon after I emailed Medical Travel, Martina Krucka emailed me back.  She asked what I was looking to get done.  I told her and sent her pictures of my problem areas and she contacted clinics on my behalf.  The clinics responded to my requests through Martina and Martina passed the prices back to me.  I picked the Brandeis clinic.  Martina worked with me setting up a date for the procedures.  She was my go to woman anytime I had questions.  I appreciate all the help that she gave me!  On the day of the surgery she picked me up at the hotel and took me to the Brandeis clinic.  She stayed with me until it was time for the surgery.  Her English is great so I had someone to talk to while I waited.

If you choose the Brandeis clinic I will just tell you that they are awesome.  Everyone that works there is super friendly!  If you have a procedure for which requires an overnight stay, the rooms are great and the nurses that check in on you during your stay are very knowledgeable.  I definitely picked the right clinic :)

Martina is just awesome and I'm sure that her coworkers at Medical Travel are just as good :)  If I have anything else done I guarantee I will email Martina to get it all set up again!

Zita I would like to start by saying a big thank you for all your dealings with my visit to Prague from the very first phone conversation when I enquired about surgery to the last conversation at the clinic, Your arrangements for the chauffeur driven car collecting me and my wife from the airport was what set my mind at ease and you meeting us outside the clinic was a nice touch, The clinic was absolutely spot on, 5* and professional all the way, I left their feeling great and knowing that money was well spent, I was very happy with Prague it is a very lovely clean city and friendly people everywhere, The airport was brilliant I had a very pleasant flight and only took just over the hour to travel, I would recommend Medical Travel Czech Republic to anyone who is thinking of having any type of surgery done, There are some people who are worried about going abroad to places like Czech Republic for cosmetic surgery but I would like to say to them don't be, If you look around as I did and do your homework, Look at the history and feedback given, Medical Travel was my option and I will be using them again.
