I'm very pleased with the entire service - I mean all the communication before the surgery, the flexible changes in plans, your assistance in the clinic, the medical staff. Everything was at good European level plus one  very important detail - the human factor:) I would definitely recommend you to anyone even without the bonus.

It was great to meet you too, thank you for arranging the procedure and translating for us. We got home all ok and we are both taking the rest of the week off of work for recovery.

I will say, that sally and I both had a really good experience and the after care was really good. Sarka the nurse took really good care of us both after the op and for that we are both grateful. 

Thank you for everything you have done for me! I am now back in Canada, recovering from the tummy tuck surgery. I am very pleased with the results, 3 weeks after my surgery. The stitches are 70 percent gone, I still have swelling, but healing quite well. The overall experience was amazing, your personal attention, pre and post op care, I was very impressed with the clinic, procedure and great care! Thank you Richard from the agency for finding you for me, for your capable hands and expertise, for your operating team, I will never forget walking in before the operation, team ready, welcoming, the profesionalism, the cleanliness, and you!!! Thank you... you and your team made everything very straightforward. .. and simple. I am only 7 days since surgery and took my last antibiotics today... but so far so good! ... and I would be happy to offer my reviews / photos in 6 weeks or so.. when the journey is complete. To give a comprehensive overview start to finish.
Particular high points for me were the good communication I had with you and Martina... quite possibly the nicest person I’ve ever met!

The hospital staff were good..(Especially anaesthetist) given the language barrier... and Dr Satankova appears to have done an excellent job.

If there were ways to improve the whole experience... I think a more comprehensive 'buddy' service could be offered at a extra cost... for those people travelling alone... to perhaps check in at hospital after procedure.. just to ensure all is well and reassure patient. And also accompany them home / to hotel also. .. Like I say... I think most people travelling alone would be happy to pay an additional 70 or 100 euros say for that additional attention. X

A home buddy system maybe..?  your ambassadors to be on the end of a phone to communicate with someone in ur own language who has been thru the experience already .. and can offer moral and practical advice and support. Xx

My experience with Medical travel was totally amazing from the start to the end:). Martina was so helpful and helped me all the way through the process. She answered to all my emails and also reassured me so many times. I longed for a baby for almost 10 years. I tried many times Ivf, artificial semanation, you name it I tried it. I had alot of heartache, and nearly gave up. Then i came across this website and I see that it made many women fulfill there dreams. The doctors were great there and made me feel so important and not just a number. After trying on the second time I finally got pregnant. I couldn't believe my eyes. My husband and I were so happy and our hearts full of joy. Now my baby is 10 months old, she is my princess. Our life is now complete.

I am still in the early stages of recovering from my procedures but it is getting better and progressing well.

The medical team was very welcoming and although they did not speak fluent English, they gave me time to ask questions via the interpreter, and answered my queries to help put me at my ease and made me less anxious about the impending surgery.
The clinic was very clean with state of the art facilities. My nursing care following surgery was highly professional, caring and efficient, I did not have to request analgesia as this was promptly offered and given. I could not thank the staff enough for the great care I received throughout my stay at the clinic.

My only negative experience to my trip to Prague was the Alpin Avion hotel I stayed in, which is rated as 3star on their site and really should be just 1star, their service was very poor.
I would highly recommend anyone thinking of cosmetic surgery in Prague to consider booking with Medical Travel Czech but please stay at another hotel.   

We would  like to highly recommend Gynem Fertility Clinic -  we are both 42 years old and left it quite late to have a family.  We had two IVF cycles in London and were not impressed.  We did not know how different it could be but we did feel like it was a factory in London  and had no success and no real explanation except that we were too old.  We found Gynem after searching for IVF abroad and got in contact with Jana Poupe who speaks and writes very good English.  We decided to go over to Prague to meet Jana and Dr Mrazek (which you can do though Skype) as we wanted to make sure it felt right. We were very impressed with the clinic and the team are so lovely.  Jana helped us with looking for a hotel and getting us picked up from the airport so you felt you had someone looking after you from the start.     We decided to go ahead with Donor IVF and on our third try we have found out that we are pregnant!  We have received such excellent care and we felt the staff really looked after us and that we were not just a number.  Jana is so lovely and to whom we class as a friend as nothing is too much trouble.  She was always happy to answer any queries we had to put our minds at ease and kept us informed of progress.   Don't hesitate to look at Gynem if you want a excellent service with wonderful people along with up-to-date facilities.  We also love Prague and will be back to visit :)

From start to finish the service medical travel provided was excellent, my coordinator was a lovely lady called Martina she was always there to answer any questions I was concerned about. I've never travelled to another country alone before so was slightly worried but I was picked up at Prague airport to the apartment where I was staying. The next day the lovely Martina met me at the clinic and she made me feel very comfortable. I was happy I had medical travel and Martina they really took the pressure of me and with their help I chose the right clinic for me. I would highly recommend them!

This summer I received rhinoplasty with Dr Vasek. It was a positive experience, and I am happy with my recovery so far, Dr Vasek clearly knows what's best for his patients. However what really made me comfortable with my decision to visit Prague for my surgery was the personable nature of Erika, the customer representative of Medical Travel. I would recommend Medical Travel to friends, and would also recommend anyone visit Prague for its beauty as a city.
