I'm doing fine, and my nose is getting better and better, thank you! I must say that I really enjoyed my stay in Prague, and that the services you provided were really enjoyable. Everything was well organised, all my questions were answered, and overall, I was satisfied with my booking at Medical Travel Czech Republic.

First I must say thank you for first class service. The procedure went well however face is swollen to be expected. I’m happy with outcome of the treatment in my stay at clinic. The credit should be to you for all the effort you’ve put in to make transaction smoothly and efficiently. The clinic will order me the transport to airport. Can you please arrange for me to have dental treatment. I’m happy to come for one day for appointment and then I will come back for the treatment. Whichever ever is convenient for me. My entire stay in Prague was incredible. No complaints whatsoever. The transfer to the clinic from the airport was very swift. The staff at Premier Clinic were kind, attentive and supportive. I felt welcomed and did not feel coerced into anything. The procedure was explained thoroughly and I really felt like a valued tourist! 

After the surgery in the patient room, the nurse was on hand when I requested assistance (which was twice during my night at the clinic). The nurse was more than happy to help me stand and drink some water and get me some pain relief when I awoke. I was provided breakfast in the morning but did not have much of an appetite, but at no point did I feel pressured to eat. I am happy with every member of staff I came into contact with and I am really happy that I chose Prague to have my gynaecomastia surgery. Please give my thanks to the clinical staff who really made me comfortable with my condition that made me feel very uncomfortable prior to arriving in Prague. I'd also like to thank you, Richard. From the start, you were consistently on hand to help and respond to my emails which did a lot to help my confidence in travelling abroad for surgery.

Really loved the city and the hotel was a dream to stay in also. The surgeon did an amazing job; there is still a lot of swelling but I can feel the healing coming along nicely. It's much easier to use my upper body as of this morning.

Unfortunately, upon getting back to the hotel I fell asleep and missed the meat bar! I managed to get a quick bite from one of the high-street restaurants. I managed to have a nice little walk around and take some lovely photos of some architecture. Will definitely be returning to enjoy Prague a little more once I am healed up in a few months.

It was delightful meeting Hana Kawakami in person. We had been in regular contact via email. Throughout our correspondence, Hana had always been professional, swift and cordial in answering my queries. I had no surprises meeting her in person. We had an immediate connection and she was the perfect liaison between the clinic and me. She even welcomed me with a lovely gift. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Hana with no reservation.

I dont think you improve what you do as my experience with you was amazing, you made me and my sister feel at ease and you sorted every thing out for us, even on your day off you replied to a message, so thank you for all you did for us we really appreciate it.

I want to express how thankful I am to you and all of your team. My stay in Prague was perfect. I am satisfied with the services. The examination before the surgery, the consultation was good. Everything goes smoothly and perfect. I had no pain and they take care of me through the whole process. It was a nice experience for me. 

Yesterday was my 10th day after surgery and I removed my nose bandage. My nose look straight but still a swollen and I think it needs time to see the final look. I have no pain, I can breath nicely through my nose. So far I am satisfied. I will contact you and send my pictures after 3 month. Thank you.

Yes, now I'm back in the UK and it's been about a week since I got home. I already traveled back last Thursday morning, but due to few flights, the trip home took over a day. But it's worth it.
The healing process goes well. I still have the tape on and haven't seen what it looks like yet. I will remove the tape and stitches tomorrow. It will be interesting.

You have been absolutely wonderful throughout the process and I have really felt that I have been very well followed up by you. Thank you so much, Nada. You have been outstanding.

I was in the clinic for consultation with the doctor before the surgery. The doctor dud not speak too much English, but there was one from the clinic who attended and translated what the doctor conveyed. The consultation went quickly and I was told that I was to talk to the doctor after the surgery. The operation went as planned, but after the operation I did not speak with the doctor. If I was wondering about something I could call.

The only thing I miss after my stay and surgery was a conversation with the doctor who told me about the operation, how things had gone and what to expect in the next few days after surgery. I received a letter stating that the operation was completed without complications. That is good.

So actually a little more information before, during and after the surgery with the doctor who performed the operation. I haven't been to a doctor here. I am in quaranteen and therefore I am not wanted in the medical office due to corona. My husband removes the stitches. This I asked the doctor about and the doctor said there was no problem doing it that way.

All in all, I'm happy with the whole process- even though I haven't seen what it looks like yet. I am both dreading and looking forward to removing the tape and stitches tomorrow.
