I would like to say a big thank you for all your hard work in organising my surgery and finding me the right surgeon for my treatment I haven’t visited Prague before neither have I ever had any treatments or surgery but you put any nerves I had at ease and made the whole procedure from start to finish very relaxed whilst making sure I was happy with everything on the day It was a pleasure to meet you all and I would definitely recommend the clinic and surgeon to everyone if there I was going to say anything for improvement it would only be that it would have been nice to see you in person after my surgery before I departed the country but other than that all before during and after the care has been second to none I saw the doctor twice after surgery and he made sure I fully understood all after care and should I have any problems I knew where to go the nurses where outstanding and my whole experience has been a pleasure thank you.

March 2020I very much enjoyed my stay. The apartments were great and easy to manage while healing. The food was good and room service was timely and easy to access.
The pre and post surgery process was great and kept me very relaxed. The front desk staff was polite. I enjoyed talking to Anna and Klara during my stay. They are great at what they do.
I am still healing but I would recommend the clinic and apartments to any friends looking to get a procedure done.

We would suggest that you recommend staying in the Clinic apartments to your clients before and after the surgery, since it really makes everything much easier. We were very happy with our choice to stay there at the clinic.
We're planning additional treatments soon. Probably liposuction on 3 areas for myself and breast reduction for my wife, both with Dr. Jana Bartošková. If you have other recommendations then please let us here them.

After sending my contact and questions I got very quick reply from Marie Glavanakovova, as well I could give 10. As I start to search for options about Rhinoplasty, I was overwhelmed with lots of emails and information that confused me at the time. However, the emails Marie sent to me were always at the proper time and very well explained, well done 10. All way through, from the first contact to check up photos, arranging consultation with doctor, date for procedure, taxi ride to the clinic, provided from Medica Travel Czech Republic and their Marie Glavanakovova has been perfect experience, amazing collaboration and from any way great help for me to choose right clinic , doctor and procedure. To improve something more I could suggest only post operation help, like contact with some local pharmacy or doctor who provide delivery and some food store with delivery too!

January 2020I decided to finally take the plunge and book in to have my breast reduction, I have wanted one for years but I was always too nervous. I chose Forme Clinic Prague as it looked very professional. I sent an email to Medical Travel, to see if they could book me in. I got a very quick response from Klara Pobudová, who was superb throughout my experience with any questions I had. I was asked to take pictures from different angles of my breasts, also details of my height weight etc.
I filled out a health questionnaire via forme clinic to see if I was fit enough for surgery. I was sent a proposal from Dr Tomas Benes and accepted!
Klara recommended and also booked a hotel nearby to the clinic for me and my husband for 5nights (I stayed 1 night before surgery and 2 nights after surgery) I then booked our flights, gave our flight details to Klara, who arranged a flight transfer for us to be picked up from the airport to the hotel- fantastic service!
Morning of the surgery Klara picked me and my husband up from our hotel reception at 6.50am, The driver took us straight to the clinic where I filled out some health forms and underwent health checks before surgery. Klara stayed with me until I had all my checks done and I am very grateful for this as she made me feel less nervous! Klara generously gave me a little present for herself, thank you so much, how lovely of you.
The clinic was absolutely spotless, very hygienically cleaned, which is what you want when you go to have any surgery. The Nurses were fantastic looking after me, if I mentioned I was in pain they would quickly try and find something to relieve it. The Nurses went above and beyond with their care for me and I’m very grateful. Dr Tomas Benes has done an amazing job, I’m am very impressed with the new look and size, he was very professional.
Thank you so much for the amazing experience I have had at forme clinic. It was the best decision I have made!

January 2020From my first contact with Hana, she was a fantastic help in organising my procedure at the clinic for my rhinoplasty. She was always there for me and the many concerns I had and it put my mind at ease. If it wasn't for Hana's assurances, I don't think I would have went through with it.

January 2020Happy new year! Sorry I wasn't in touch for a little while. Once I got to England I kinda switched off from the Czech rep, but I'm back now as of this week, so I've got a bit of feedback for you about the process.
The process was actually nice and straightforward, from the moment I spoke to you I found the information very clear and helpful and felt pretty comfortable to proceed. I like the way you have always been available throughout the process and have followed up to make sure I am ok afterwards. I was happy with the service you gave me, and believe me I would not have proceeded if I wasn't.
The Clinic was very clean and nice and I found all the staff to be very professional and friendly and I felt very comfortable during my stay. So far the recovery has been quite tough but most of the bruising has gone, just still some swelling but apparently this can take quite a while to go. At the moment I'm not too happy with the result but I am hoping it's because of the swelling and in time it will settle down.
Dr Vasek explained that I was bleeding a lot during the operation and I'm not entirely sure if this affected the result. At the moment I am about 25% happy with the improvement and I hope it will be more. I wonder if I wasn't clear enough about what I was expecting. I guess I may need a follow up with Dr Vasek to explain my fears, but I was waiting for some time until the swelling goes down a bit, to get a truer picture of the result. As I say it was a pleasure to meet you Hana and you did a good job, I'm just hoping the end result will be good.

December 2019Yes, Prague was beautiful, definitely will be coming back to really appreciate it as I was in a lot of pain after surgery so I just stayed in a rested.
My experience was as pleasurable surgery can be, regardless of the recovery of my surgery, my surgeon was perfect and couldn’t of picked a better surgeon! She knew exactly what I wanted and I’m so excited to see the end result! Regarding the procedure, the care I had was the best I’ve ever had, the nurses were lovely and I felt comfortable and safe, I had no worry’s at all. If I ever have any other procedures I’ll definitely be coming back to her for sure.
