I just want to say thank you so much for the amazing service you provided. I began emailing you back in July 2018 and from that date onwards you were completely consistent with communication. You were clear with all the information and seemed as though you genuinely wanted to ensure I chose the best surgeon for myself and had the easiest time booking the dates etc. You are such a lovely person and honestly I feel I could not have gone through with the surgery if you had not been there to accompany us on the date of the pre surgery consultation. My experience with Medical Travel was incredible I've never felt more looked after by someone I had never met, I put my faith and trust in the hands of strangers and I was not let down. I felt like I was the number one priority from the moment my plane landed in Prague until a week later when I was taken back to the airport. The care and service I received was absolutely incredible and completely professional but warm and caring at the same time. Sorry, it’s been an absolutely hectic week or so! I wanted it to be good feedback and therefore wanted to think about what to say.

Thank you for making my process with medical travel easy! Prague is a wonderful place and is very easy to navigate around despite being cold this time of year... 

I felt very at ease and safe with the whole process and would definitely recommend others using your company! You speak great English and was able to answer any questions I had to settle my nerves and was good moral support throughout. You offered help at every opportunity and was willing to provide me with details I needed with transport whilst in Prague. 

Communication has been thorough and efficient, with different means offered to get in contact with you! Whatever is best suited to the individual. You were there as a translator for the meeting with the surgeon and although at times this felt slightly uncomfortable you were able to explain the procedure and what was needed well. 

I recommended it whilst in the discussion stages, that the prices should be made a little clearer with preoperative assessments being an additional charge as this can be misunderstood. Also if it could be made clear prior to traveling into the Czech Republic whether or not the surgeon needs payment in card or cash as this could prove a problem in the future for other clients.

I was requested to move up and out of hospital 12 -14 hours after coming out of surgery. Although this may seem a sufficient amount of time for some people, I was struggling with nausea, dizziness and significant pain. Maybe consideration needs to be made into the patient's condition before releasing them.

However, I really loved how talkative you was and interested in everything to do with me and what I was looking for. She didn’t judge my situation and made me feel comfortable with myself. Throughout it all, you constantly was checking up on how I was feeling, which made me feel valued and welcome!

Firstly I was really pleased with the service that Klara provided. Not only was she really helpful, spoke and wrote excellent English but also went out of her way to arrange my transport and hotel bookings etc.

She as also excellent in Prague and collected me from the hotel and we walked to the surgery. Klara was also very useful during the initial meeting with the surgeon. The surgery was good and I have no complaints at all.

Hana, it’s been great speaking with you, you have been incredibly helpful throughout and I have appreciated all you have done. As for the clinic the nurses and the surgeon and overall experience it has been great and although my nose is still very swollen I am already 100% happy with how it looks and it will only get better. GREAT experience!

All is going well thus far post Lipo. 

It was truly a great experience having you there with us. We had some fears and doubts initially but after having you there with us through the consultation with the doctor, it was all better. 

The experience with Dr Sulcova was certainly a one of a kind experience. Her facility made us feel at home. Her together with her team and especially one of her nurses (can’t recall her name) who held my hand during surgery and was there making sure my husband and I drank our tea and checked our vitals regularly. 

It was certainly worth every penny. It’s that one on one attention that people look for when they have to do these kinds of surgeries and that’s what you all did for me and my husband. My husband and I would certainly recommend you as a coordinator and Dr Sulcova.

I just want to say thank you so much for all the help and support given by Medical travel.  I was given the top 3 clinics along with the procedure and prices. To be very frank I was reluctant to go abroad for my facelift but Medical travel team Marie, the international patient coordinator answered to my emails promptly and helped me throughout my journey, flying from London to Prague, picking from airport dropping me to my hotel. As my consultation and surgery for the face, neck lift + blepharoplasty and browlift were scheduled,  Marie picked me from the hotel and did not leave me until the consultation and admission done.  

With regards to the surgery, it went will. I must say Dr Vašek done a very good job. Since everyone recovers differently. In my case, I was just impatient I bruise very easily need 10 times more to recover whereas, I met some clients who have recovered just in a week. After 3 weeks 50% swelling was gone still waiting for the final result lol! The clinic environment was so professional, from the admin staff to the nursing and kitchen staff, everyone gave me the best care. they follow strict infection control policy I felt myself in safe hands.

On the whole, it was a positive experience, going through Medical travel put me on ease. If I have to go for another procedure, will definitely go via medical travel. My whole experience went so well. Dr Vašek will give the best advice on what needs to be done and he will not do an unnecessary thing if we don't need it. However, as I mentioned try not to be impatient for the result.
