This was my second visit to Prague, having already had a small plastic surgery and a gastric balloon.  Following the weight loss, I felt that it was appropriate to also have a facelift.  I had already built up a relationship with Jessica and trusted in her to take good care of me for a second time.  

Travelling alone to another country to have plastic surgery is absolutely frightening, but having the coordinator to help and support you throughout the whole process is extremely comforting.  Had this not been part of the service, I would probably not have gone ahead after my initial enquiries.  Jessica took care of everything, I didn’t need to worry about getting anywhere or not understanding what was happening.  She even attended the consultation with me to ensure that I fully understood what would happen.  She asked questions that I may not have thought of and gave me useful information based on experiences with other clients.  

Due to my previous experience with the clinic, I did not hesitate to book my facelift with them.  The clinic is comfortable, modern and stylish; the staff are incredibly professional and caring and the surgeons are amazing.  

My recovery has been good.  It is just three weeks since my facelift, the staples and stitches are out, the swelling is much reduced and my scars are healing beautifully.

I decided to get liposuction and a tummy tuck after losing about 30 kilos with the aide of a gastric balloon also done by Travel Medical Czech. From the the initial contact with my coordinator, Janina I felt in safe hands. 

I received clear simple pre operative advice and help with choosing accommodation. 
On the day of the operation was met by Janina at the clinic, made to feel at ease, had my pre operative checks and taken in for my consultation.  Everything was explained really well both what will happen and what will not. The clinic is clean, welcoming and inviting. All of the doctors, nurses and staff are friendly, speak fantastic English and cannot do enough to help and put you at easy. As I was being sedated all of the staff were making me feel comfortable and the last thing I remembered was smiling at joke as went under.  

Post op the staff were equally as great, explained everything that was going on explained. There was hardly any pain, more discomfort and awkwardness, and was released on time and could do a lot more than I thought I would able. All medication and dressing changes where provided and clear instructions given and I have had no surprises or problems.

After release my coordinator remained in regular contact and has responded to all question that I have raised after my return home. I cannot thank Janina enough for all of help and support pre, during and post operation, she made the difference between it being a good experience to a great one. 

If I need to have similar operation on my thighs after I have finished my weight loss journey I will be choosing Travel Medical Czech instantly. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and wouldn’t look anywhere else. I would give a 5 star rating, more if I could

The taxi on the morning of surgery was late, but Hana was in contact during this time, and so I knew that the taxi would come an that she was waiting for me. Hana was waiting outside the clinic when I arrived, and so I didn't have to search for the entrance above M&S on Wenceslas Square. She spoke perfect english -but so did the rest of  professionals at the clinic- and she waited for each test result (tests were thorough) and sat with my husband until I was ok'd for surgery and taken through to my bed. She saw me off with a little gift.

Hana followed through with an enquiry about my welfare after surgery. The clinic was excellent and now I am waiting to see the results, which will be more long term. My memories of my surgery in Prague will only be good ones.

From start to finish you were amazing. Prices are very good and I paid 75% less for my surgery in Prague compared to the UK. Your communication was faultless during the lead up to my travel. On the day of my surgery I really appreciated you collecting me from my hotel and taking me to the clinic. I had my surgery, lower face and neck lift and also upper eyelids blepharoplasty, with surgeon Mr. Peter Jan Vasek. After numerous consultations in the UK, all of which were quoted very expensive cost, my husband asked Google what clinic I should consider abroad. We found the clinic in Prague and on contacting patient co-ordinator Hana Kawakami, she made me feel at ease, so surgery was booked which I had on the 14th May 2019. I cannot begin to tell you what a fantastic surgeon and team who took care of me. My utmost respect and gratitude to all at the clinic. Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot recommend them highly enough. After only 7 days, the results are far exceeding my expectations. I have already planned further treatment in October to resurface my skin and remove pigmentation. I can’t wait. Very worth travelling to Prague for surgery, it’s a fraction of the price compared to the UK. My coordinator ( Helena) was super friendly and helpful with anything I needed right from the start .. being collected from the airport etc, she also eased me with my nerves about surgery. My surgeon Dr. Vasek was very open and honest because I originally came to have a full facelift but he said ‘no way I didn’t need one’. Come back maybe 10 years for that! so I felt assured,  he allowed me to have upper and lower eyelid surgery which was a little more needed, so I’m still happy  and agreed with my surgeon Dr Vasek The aftercare was well explained other than how I should go about having my stitches out in the UK but other than that I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant stay.
