We wanted to thank our coordinator, Slavomira, our treating doctor Dr. Bartošová, the embryologists, all the nurses and staff at Gynem for everything you did to help us realise our dream of having a baby. We both appreciate all the professionalism and care we received at the clinic. It took us many tries to finally get (and stay) pregnant, but everyone was so patient and kind, which meant so much to us. When we are ready, we hope to see you again to try for a sibling. :-) 

My husband and I have been waiting for this news for 5 years and it happened in Gynem. We had looked into two other clinics before, but results were not positive. We are lucky to come across Gynem. First we were consulted online and then for treatment we visited Prague. The doctor and coordinator - Hana were very professional, helpful and happy to answer our questions. They were clear with us about price (packages) and treatments.  

It has taken me a while to write a review as my baby is born now in the first attempt. We appreciate all the efforts put in by the entire team. We can never thank them enough.

Petra, I thought you were friendly, efficient and very helpful, helped guiding us through the forms we needed to complete and arranging taxi's.  Your communication with us leading up to the day of surgery was excellent and the whole process went very smoothly, thank you. 

With regards to Premier Clinic, Dr Polak has been incredibly helpful with various questions concerning recovery and guided us through the procedure.  The staff was very efficient, bloods taken quickly, but we did have to wait a long time before the procedure as we arrived at 7am, but I do understand we had to wait for the blood results to come back.

But we are both very happy with the results so far, still a little swollen above the scar line but I am sure this will ease over the next few weeks.

 I do feel great during the whole process, our early communication went well and I think we did understand each other, especially for what I want, I feel I was heard and respected, thank you so much. You did everything I need and require, I think what you and your company offered is reliable.
For the procedure, the clinic is nice and caring. They speak fluent English and being friendly. I didn't suffer too much after the surgery, it was better than I thought before. When I came home, I did not feel good at the first two weeks, after the two weeks my life became normal (except no sports), I am satisfied with the size and shape right now, and the scars surprisingly healed well(they are just small pink lines). Anyway I can say it is a pleasant journey( it is much better than I thought before I did it), happy to see you, thank you.

You helped me with everything that I needed. From coming off the plane there was someone waiting to take me to my hotel which made everything so easy. In the morning of course u were there waiting to take me to the clinic making me feel comfortable and safe. The clinic did an amazing job to look after me. The nurses always checked in after the procedure was done. I know it was not the best outcome for me having to remove the balloon within the week but talking to you and Milan it was the best solution for me as I was just feeling more sick and had no energy to carry on. All in all I would like to thank you and the team at the clinic and if ever I was to need anything else I would definitely come back to you. I would like to recommend you to friends and family.
