From initial contact with Medical Travel to getting the gastric balloon, I was supported along the way by Hana. I didn't feel any pressure in making a decision, just given the information to make an informed choice myself. I decided, after researching many other companies that Medical Travel had the feedback from others, and a strong gut feeling all would be well. After many different changes over covid, I eventually was able to book and get the procedure done. Hana booked an amazing hotel for a few days in Praha before the procedure, this was a bit of luxury!  The day of the procedure came, and I was transported to the clinic by car, and was welcomed at reception by Hana, and given time to reflect and decide the correct options for me. The clinic is very clean, and the nursing staff is very kind and friendly.  The procedure was painless, and after a night in the clinic, I travelled to the airport and flew home, do take care to check the covid restrictions of your home country though! Contact since the procedure has been good, and not intrusive. I know the support is there if I need it!  Here's to big losses and visiting a snowy Praha in six months time!

4 weeks after surgery so I thought I would write my review so here goes! I would like to say a big thank you to Hana for taking me through my breast reduction surgery. My friend recommending Travel Medical after having surgery so I took the plunge and sent an email. Hana emailed me back the next day and thst was it, from start to finish Hana was there for me all the way, from emailing me with all the information and calling me when I asked if she could. The day we flew out to Prague to the day we left Hana was always at the end of the phone for me. On the day of surgery she was there at 0700 and stayed with me until I went up for the surgery. The outcome of my surgery is just amazing and I can't stop looking at my smaller boobs, l love them! I would highly recommend Medical Travel and Hana and I give them 10/1 . 

Thank you for assisting me and being patient and extremely flexible through a really difficult traveling experience during covid. The hospital is so clean and everyone from nurses to surgeon were all lovely and so professional.  The assistance you gave right down to transfers, hotel suggestions etc was amazing. Even the fact you were there to greet me at the hospital was a lovely touch. Great company, clearly my second time using yous due to the level of high service you provide. I wouldn't change a thing from start to finish. (Bar flying during covid!)

We were taken care of from the very first online consultation. The team were very professional and our coordinator looked after us every step of the way ensuring we were kept informed throughout the whole process. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service as well as our amazing result, the birth of our beautiful baby girl in June 2021. We would recommend to anyone. Klara, I can’t thank you enough. I had a great experience and could not have asked for a better or easier time. I have already recommended Med Travel to one of my friends! She is just waiting to see my final results. I plan to come back and get a breast reduction and lift. I have been to 3 other clinics before finding Gynem in Prague. All had ended in failure and disappointment and a lot of expense.  My experience with Gynem was totally different from initial contact with Hana to arranging a Skype call with the doctor. I felt like all my medical needs where met. For the same treatments at different clinics also cost so much more and unnecessary medications and treatments I didn’t need. Hana made the whole process so easy. With Covid 19 I was very nervous about travelling by myself, but Hana booked my hotel stay and had a lovely guy Richard pick me up from the airport. Prague is a beautiful place, I felt very safe, it’s also a lot cheaper for food and hotel stays than other countries. I was made very welcome. I had my embryo transfer on the 19th of April and after my 2 weeks quarantine wait I got a big positive test. I had a wee scan at 7 weeks and all is going well with a strong heart beat. I can’t thank everyone at Gynem enough for making my dreams come true. Anyone thinking  about Gynem don’t, just do it. It’s a lovely clean family run clinic the staff are all really friendly and I will hopefully have my long awaited baby in the New Year all thanks to them. I will certainly be recommending them to anyone that is wanting to do IVF. Prague will always have a special place in my heart.
