Before was a month before procedure.... After is 12 days post op. What a difference!

Both taken with the same camera. Ok I did manage to buy a little eyeshadow for after picture but that’s all im wearing. I cant thank Hana and the clinic enough. I feel and look 15 (maybe 20!!!) years younger. I never dreamed I would get such a good result so thank you so much Dr Vasek and team. After cancer twice in last 5 years and losing my best friend to a heart attack it really took its toll on me in stress and this aged me very quickly. The result was a lot of anxiety and depression. I now look in the mirror today and smile.

I can truly say this feels like I have a new fresh positive start to this decade! So much thanks and appreciation to you all. I hope they let me through on flight as they might not recognise my passport photo LOL.

Yes everything went great – the surgeon described it like a wonderful symphony coming together lol. He is very pleased with the result as am I already. I'm still in a little pain but to be expected. I'm sure I will feel super in a few days.

Nurses are wonderful as is both my ward room and apartment upstairs – thank you Hana so much for all your help and will monitor the covid situation for the return flight.

I picked Gynem initially as I found the website really easy to understand and easier to navigate than others I had researched. Once I placed the initial interest email I was contacted super quickly to acknowledge my contact, I liked that it was a friendly informative email/call and not pushy at all. My coordinator left it for me to contact back and explained she was there for me whenever I was ready.
All communication was very quick and I felt like my coordinator would go above and beyond to help me. An added stress was covid and the clinic were also learning how to deal with this as things were constantly changing for international clients. My coordinator organised all my contact with the hygiene office and helped me arrange tests even offering on her day off to help me with taxis. Such a relief.
The clinic was very personal even though I was an international client. It seemed the doctor knew all my details without having to read about me or ask and she remembered my Skype call from weeks before. Really nice doctor who could put you at ease.
The experience was a good one no matter the outcome. I feel Gynem did everything they could for me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I couldn't recommend Gynem enough! No waiting list so my treatment could straight in next month after my visit.

My journey to getting breast reduction has been a long one spanning many years. From a young age I have had large breast that affected my self-esteem.

Contacting you was so scary; I wasn't sure if your company was legitimate. However, from my first email you have been brilliant. You patiently answered all my questions, and when I asked you to call you did so. Nothing was too much for you (you should get a pay rise ).I can honestly say that without you Svetlana I would not have proceeded, especially when COVID-19 caused even more anxiety. You went above and beyond my expectations.

The clinic was beautiful and clear. The surgeon and staff were all first class.Now that I have been through the surgery, I now see that there was nothing to fear. Everything went brilliantly, everyone I met was so kind and helpful. 

If anyone is still unsure and thinking that this is too good to be true. I have no hesitation in recommending Medical Travel. I am healing nicely and looking forward to showing off my new look in the summer. I hope to contact you again to arrange a further procedure.

The recovery post surgery was surprisingly very easy... I am 3 weeks post op and feels more like 3 months.. I wish I had more of an opportunity to explore Prague but I will be sure to return after covid. Although, I had a very nice view from the apartment while staying indoors. (Photo attached) 

When I arrived into Prague there was a mix up with the transfer, I WhatsApp’d Barbora and she ordered me a taxi quickly which was nice. Offering a transfer service from the airport and to the clinic was convenient and very helpful. Barbora was lovely :) 

During our communication, I felt as if I asked many questions and you always responded with an answer within a timely manner. I think the pre op email was useful. Up to date covid 19 information, also useful. Forme clinic was nice; the staff were great, the room was nice and food was good.

If there was anything to say, maybe using a portfolio of before and after photos alongside the original surgeon quote/consultation would be nice as additional information.

Thank you for your help and services. I was very pleased with everything. Maybe the only thing I would change would be a long time recovery after the operation. I think it is quite difficult to do your medication yourself, in the first days after surgery. And it was hard for me to wash the wounds, to apply the gels. I'm a nurse too.

Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you to the Doctor and the Nurses for all their efforts. In fact, I have to thank the whole team, each member was a wonderful part.

We highly recommend Gynem to everybody looking into fertility treatment. They provide a very professional service and make everyone feel very welcome. The facilities are state of the art, quiet and super clean. The team is very friendly and professional. The doctors speak different languages, e.g. Dr. Vlcek is fluent in German and English.

You are assigned a Coordinator who keeps you up to date by email and/or phone. This is such a benefit! Our coordinator, Hana, was very kind and attentive to all our needs. She answered all our questions, kept us up to date and sent all results immediately. She helped us understand the procedures and coordinated all steps with doctors and the laboratory. She was present at every appointment and gave us all information and results afterwards in writing. If there was a question, we didn’t think of during the appointment she spoke with the doctor or laboratory and provided the answer quickly. So relaxing compered to our treatments in Germany!

We want to say thank you to every member of the team, our coordinator, the doctors and receptionists and not to forget the embryologists who do an amazing job.
