I would like to say a big thank you for all your hard work in organising my surgery and finding me the right surgeon for my treatment I haven’t visited Prague before neither have I ever had any treatments or surgery but you put any nerves I had at ease and made the whole procedure from start to finish very relaxed whilst making sure I was happy with everything on the day It was a pleasure to meet you all and I would definitely recommend the clinic and surgeon to everyone if there I was going to say anything for improvement it would only be that it would have been nice to see you in person after my surgery before I departed the country but other than that all before during and after the care has been second to none I saw the doctor twice after surgery and he made sure I fully understood all after care and should I have any problems I knew where to go the nurses where outstanding and my whole experience has been a pleasure thank you.

I was happy with the surgeon that operated on me. He explained everything about the procedure to me. I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction at a very good price. Also many thanks to the friendly staff, they were all very helpful and they all took care of me very well. Thanks again.

PS: the operation was not painful, ask any question and they are helpful.

I dont think ther is anything you could do to improve the service as everything from my first enquiry to my surgery was fantastic.  Although I am still recovering I am amazed at how well everything is. I want to thank you personally for everything you did for me and the lovely nurses who looked after me after surgery and dr Vasek was amazing. I am hoping to return September/October for skin laser treatment on my face so will be in touch closer to then and when everything has settled down I will send you a photo. Thank you all once again.

The experience with Medical Travel was excellent from start to finish. If you are intending to have a gastric balloon I would highly recommend Medical Travel. From the pick up at the airport to the procedure everything was excellent.

We would suggest that you recommend staying in the Clinic apartments to your clients before and after the surgery, since it really makes everything much easier. We were very happy with our choice to stay there at the clinic.

I decided to finally take the plunge and book in to have my breast reduction, I have wanted one for years but I was always too nervous. I chose Forme Clinic Prague as it looked very professional. I sent an email to Medical Travel, to see if they could book me in. I got a very quick response from Klara Pobudová, who was superb throughout my experience with any questions I had. I was asked to take pictures from different angles of my breasts, also details of my height weight etc.

I filled out a health questionnaire via forme clinic to see if I was fit enough for surgery. I was sent a proposal from Dr Tomas Benes and accepted! 

Klara recommended and also booked a hotel nearby to the clinic for me and my husband for 5nights (I stayed 1 night before surgery and 2 nights after surgery) I then booked our flights, gave our flight details to Klara, who arranged a flight transfer for us to be picked up from the airport to the hotel- fantastic service! 

Morning of the surgery Klara picked me and my husband up from our hotel reception at 6.50am, The driver took us straight to the clinic where I filled out some health forms and underwent health checks before surgery. Klara stayed with me until I had all my checks done and I am very grateful for this as she made me feel less nervous! Klara generously gave me a little present for herself, thank you so much, how lovely of you. 

The clinic was absolutely spotless, very hygienically cleaned, which is what you want when you go to have any surgery. The Nurses were fantastic looking after me, if I mentioned I was in pain they would quickly try and find something to relieve it. The Nurses went above and beyond with their care for me and I’m very grateful. Dr Tomas Benes has done an amazing job, I’m am very impressed with the new look and size, he was very professional. 

Thank you so much for the amazing experience I have had at forme clinic. It was the best decision I have made!

Happy new year!  Sorry I wasn't in touch for a little while. Once I got to England I kinda switched off from the Czech rep, but I'm back now as of this week, so I've got a bit of feedback for you about the process.
