I had a very positive experience with my International Client Coordinator Petra Vlkova, who worked tirelessly to ensure every pre operative question, every situation, was dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner.
Petra's and Dr Bayer's professionalism was reassuring, such that I felt confident to go ahead with major abdominoplasty and hernia repair with Dr Jiri Bayer through Forme Clinic.
The surgery and the post operative period went smoothly, with continuing friendly support from Petra and the Forme nursing staff. It was a painful and difficult post operative period but the clinic was supportive.
Petra even went out of her way and helped me when my passport was lost.
If I decide to have another procedure I will definitely go through Petra and Medical Travel again.

It was a very easy experience from start to finish. Email communication was fantastic and well informed. Advice on the best hotels was very useful and I really appreciated you being there on the morning of the operation to help explain what was going on. From the very first email I sent, the response was caring, empathic and non-judgemental.
You replied to all my emails and queries promptly and there was never any "hard sell" or pushing to commit.
I thought this showed great integrity.
When I booked my flights, you gave options for accommodation, again with no hard sell.
All I had to do was book my flights and show up as you had reserved the hotel, arranged for me to be met at the airport and taken to the hotel.
All the pre-op consultations had been pre-booked for me and you accompanied me to all of these appointments, translating for me which was invaluable.
You really made things look effortless but I know from personal experience that that is not always the case, as you obviously put in all the hard work behind the scenes to ensure everything went without a hitch.
I really appreciated the extra help you extended with booking taxis on my behalf, too.
The time we spent together was relaxed and you offered insight into the Czech culture which was very informative.
I also admired how you were very respectful when you accompanied me on my consultations.
I think Medical Travel Czech Republic is lucky to have you as their representative.
You are an asset to them and my experience was perfect thanks to your professional manner and your personal moral qualities. I can't thank you enough!

I apologise of course for such a delay in giving you feedback. Since so much time has passed by the results are now clearly visible and I do receive compliments for a more youthful appearance considering my age. I had a remarkably good experience considering that my procedure was done under stressful circumstances (pandemic) and even the fact that it was the first time ever I had such type of procedure. I am very relieved and satisfied with the overall quality of my treatment and experience and this is not just from the results that the surgeon achieved but from the service and welcome that everyone has given me throughout my stay.

June, 2022Petra, I thought you were friendly, efficient and very helpful, helped guiding us through the forms we needed to complete and arranging taxi's. Your communication with us leading up to the day of surgery was excellent and the whole process went very smoothly, thank you.
With regards to Premier Clinic, Dr Polak has been incredibly helpful with various questions concerning recovery and guided us through the procedure. The staff was very efficient, bloods taken quickly, but we did have to wait a long time before the procedure as we arrived at 7am, but I do understand we had to wait for the blood results to come back.
But we are both very happy with the results so far, still a little swollen above the scar line but I am sure this will ease over the next few weeks.
